Privacy Liability, Regulatory Litigation Trends in the Cyber Industry

 

Course Summary: 

Participants should leave with an understanding of recent trends related to data privacy, evolutions in the regulatory landscape, and litigation activity impacting organizations across the United States.  The educational session will include a cyber insurance placement specialist, cyber claims consultant, and data privacy attorney. Instructors will walk through previous incidents and speak to relevant and hazardous risk exposures of clients based on various industries, locations, and website controls.
