Program Description:
Participants should leave the webinar with an understanding of the changing landscape of the Cyber Insurance marketplace.  We will focus on the way terms, conditions and pricing are deteriorating due to increased frequency and severity of claims.  We will also discuss OFAC regulations that are impeding some ransomware payments and best practices regarding law enforcement interaction will be shared.  Lastly, participants will learn how they can minimize negative market factors from impacting their cyber insurance program by strengthening their cyber security posture.
