The purpose of this presentation is to provide real life scenarios where errors and omissions concur to foster a discussion of how to spot potential errors and omissions and how to handle them so that the error or omission does not in fact occur. Simple fact patterns are presented with video vignettes to dramatically display the issues to be discussed. The course will focus on potential errors and omissions identifications, and address methods for ensuring that an error and omission claim is not ultimately made.
