Safety Culture Seminar

“There’s been a tragic accident.” Hearing these words and having to repeat them to your employee’s loved ones is a sobering experience for even the most tenured leader. Sadly, tragedy is often the spark that ignites a commitment to a safety culture. But an employee shouldn’t have to give his/her life in order for an employer to make a commitment to safety. Safety, unlike some other things in life, doesn’t just happen – it takes a commitment and that commitment can start today. We know safety takes more than just desire to be successful, yet we often struggle to understand how to really commit to ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees. Desire and commitment are two distinctly different paths. At this seminar, we will explore proven methodologies for how to make and maintain our safety commitments in the workplace. We will also hear real-life accounts of how tragedy in the workplace helped to shape the safety culture of those companies today.
