You’ve Been Sued! The Anatomy of a Bodily Injury Case from Accident to Trial

People rarely understand all the legal stages, filings or terminology of a lawsuit. At The Graham Company, we take the time to make sure you understand the what and why of a lawsuit in which you are involved, as well as the strategy to resolve it.
You’ve Been Sued! The Anatomy of a Bodily Injury Case from Accident to Trial will take you through the stages of an actual legal action, all the way to trial. You will learn steps to take long before the suit papers are filed, as well as what happens from the time you are presented with a Summons and Complaint. Learn the plaintiff and defense counsel perspectives on litigation management and the strategies employed to resolve a case, including the decision on whether or not to go to trial.
This claims workshop will be presented by the defense team who represented a Graham Company client in a recent case. Hear video testimony from witnesses and how each affected the course of the trial; learn how the jury members were selected and what they ultimately decided and why.
This workshop is intended to be fun and informative. Audience participation will be solicited.
