Ann Hampson joined Graham Company in 1989 as an Administrative Assistant in the Account Management Department where she provided services for the Agency’s larger, more complex Construction and Manufacturing clients. In 1997, Ann joined the Claims Services Department focusing her efforts on providing support for various multi-line claims, and in a short time was promoted to work directly with the Claims Manager. In this role, Ann was responsible for developing and providing the highest level of claims services for Graham’s clients. In 2006, Ann joined the Technical Development Department and was responsible for training, continuing education and quality assurance for the Claims Services Department.

While still a member of the Claims Services Department, Ann was promoted to Data and Systems Implementation Coordinator. In this role, Ann supports both the IT and the Claims Services Departments. She is responsible for the coordination and implementation of new systems/software programs, including testing and training on the various systems. Her other primary focus is Graham’s unique proprietary business analytics system, GrahamAlytics™. She works closely with over 50 insurance carriers to gather and review the data so that it translates correctly into GrahamAlytics™. In addition, Ann is responsible for continual development of new features of GrahamAlytics™, as well as training for both internal users and Graham clients.

Ann has her designation as Workers Compensation Claims Certified in PA.
