Brad Valalik joined Graham Company in July 2024 as an Onsite Safety Manager and is a member of the Safety Services Department.

Prior to joining Graham Company, Brad worked as a Senior Safety Representative for General Dynamics Electric Boat assisting in the safe construction of nuclear submarines. Responsibilities included program development, risk assessment, employee training, site safety evaluations, and accident investigation.

Brad graduated from Keene State College in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety Applied Sciences.
