Carter Bumgardner joined The Graham Company in 2015. As Vice President Bumgardner concentrates on business development specifically focused on large companies in high-risk industries. Bumgardner has had a specific focus on large, tough property and casualty placements across numerous industries. Bumgardners client base has operations located in 48 states. Bumgardner specializes in designing risk management solutions and program structures that provide the best outcome for his clients in the insurance market. Bumgardner focuses on a collaborative approach which involves working with both public and privately held companies regarding their operations and insurance objectives to develop a successful risk financing strategy.

Bumgardner is involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a member of the NextGen Committee and Planning Committee for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Bumgardner is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bus Association, New Jersey Motorcoach Association, Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA), and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP).

Prior to joining The Graham Company, Bumgardner held the position of Account Manager with Insight Global in Philadelphia, a nationally known privately held employment solutions service company. Bumgardner was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bucknell University, where he was also named All Patriot League as a member of the Baseball team.
