Chris Appell joined Graham in 2024 as a Producer & Risk Management Consultant. Chris brings a wealth of experience in the Real Estate and Technology sectors, with a focus on Real Estate, Construction, Private Equity, and golf retailers.

Prior to joining Graham, Chris worked at Cushman & Wakefield under an Executive Vice Chairman, where he represented some of the most iconic real estate assets in New York City. He then spent seven years at VTS, a real estate technology company, where he played a pivotal role in growing the platform's market share to over 80% of office buildings in NYC. During his time at VTS, he helped the company grow from a Series B to a Series E stage, collaborating closely with large landlords, brokers, and investment groups.

Chris graduated from Lehigh University with a major in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at Lehigh, he was also a member of the university's D1 Lacrosse team.
