Cornel Pendergrass, Director, Graham Company, A Marsh McLennan Agency, provides clients with unparalleled customer service. For over 33 years, clients and carriers alike have entrusted him for his sound risk management advice and advocacy. As a member of the Casualty/Captive Practice at Odell Studner, Cornel is primarily responsible for providing consultation, strategy, and service to clients. He manages both client relationships and the client service team. Prior to rejoining Graham, Cornel was a Senior Account Executive with Odell Studner from 2019-2021, Vice President with Core Assurance Partners (based in Virginia Beach) from April 2018 until August 2019, Conner Strong & Buckelew in Philadelphia from July 2014 until April 2018 and held various positions at other firms.

He has served clients in a variety of industries—including construction, real estate, public entities, distribution, manufacturing, and professional service organizations. Throughout his career, Cornel has earned a reputation as a solutions-oriented partner and trusted advisor. He has collaborated with clients in the U.S. and globally in designing and implementing complex insurance and risk management programs. He is committed to developing creative insurance solutions that best meet the business objectives of his clients. Cornel attended Hunter College, where he majored in economics. He is enthusiastic about mentoring and training young professionals and developing relationships.

Cornel has a resident Property and Casualty license in PA and in various other states.
