Elaine Harkins joined the Graham Company in May of 2017 after graduating from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. She is currently a Senior Employee Benefits Associate Consultant. Elaine plays a critical role in both day-to-day servicing and long-term strategic planning of her clients’ employee benefits programs. Key responsibilities include serving as a main point of contact, soliciting and negotiating RFPs and renewals for all lines of coverage, and financial reporting and analysis.
