Francesca Straub joined the Graham Company in November of 2015. She works in the Technical Development Department as a Senior Training Associate. In her role, Francesca is responsible for training, developing, and monitoring the administrative staff upon hire, as well as coordinating Graham University training for new hires. She conducts quality assurance reviews for the Account Management and Production teams. Francesca is responsible for updating agency procedures and workflows to maintain effectiveness and efficiency. Francesca graduated from Temple University with a degree in Adult & Organizational Development.
