Marty Irons joined the Graham Company in 1989 and currently serves as the manager of the Technical Development Division. He leads Graham University which provides comprehensive training and mentoring to new staff in Risk Management consulting. Marty also leads the firm’s Insurance & Risk Management Technical Resource team, which provides training and development to the firm’s staff, monitors changes in insurance policy forms and case law and is responsible for continuous improvement, quality assurance and client education. He is also part of the firm’s Construction Industry Team and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.
During his time with the Graham Company, Irons was also a member of the Commercial Lines Industry Liaison Panel, which reviews current Case Law Trends to provide input to Insurance Services Office (ISO) in its standard forms and endorsement development. He also has been a part time adjunct professor for the Temple Fox School of Business teaching classes on Risk Management.
Irons graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. He also holds designations for the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), the Associate in Risk Management (ARM), the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
