Jon Hitzges joined the Graham Company in November of 2009 as an analyst in the Account Management Department. During his tenure at Graham, Jon has assisted in the handling of all aspect of risk management programs for his clients (including policy language analysis, contract review and coverage placement).

Prior to joining Graham, Jon worked as an Assistant Community Construction Manager for K. Hovnanian Homes where his primary role was to enrich the customer experience from pre-construction through post-closing.

Jon graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in English.
