Joe has worked in the Health and Safety field since 1995. He has expertise in developing and managing programs in various aspects of health and safety and specializes in Industrial Hygiene and General Safety. Joe was hired by The Graham Company in 2005 and specializes in supporting clients in Healthcare, Human Services and Manufacturing, he also provides specialist support for Industrial Hygiene issues in all industries.

Prior to coming to the Graham Company, Joe worked for Glaxo SmithKline Pharmaceuticals where he was a Safety and Industrial Hygiene Specialist. Responsibilities included program development, risk assessment, employee training, and internal auditing.

Joe is authorized to instruct the 10 and 30 hour OSHA General Industry Outreach Programs. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Industrial Hygiene Association. In 2001 Joe earned the status of Certified Safety Professional and in 2004 he earned the status of Certified Industrial Hygienist.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Management from Millersville University in 1995. He completed his Master of Science Degree in Environmental Protection and Safety Management at St. Joseph’s University in 2003.
