Kara Badyna is Graham MMA’s local, in-house Senior Compliance Consultant. Kara is responsible for consulting with our team of 18 attorneys within the national CCOE on client-related issues, providing timely updates on newly released legislation and regulations. She has more than 20 years of experience assisting employers with compliance matters that intersect with their group benefits programs, including the ACA, cafeteria plan administration, HIPAA special enrollment obligations, federal and state reporting requirements, transparency responsibilities under the CAA of 2021, ERISA and HIPAA disclosures, among various others.
