Karen Boyle joined The Graham Company in 2008 and has been in the Human Resources department since she started. She currently oversees the
Human Resources function at Graham. Boyle is extremely dedicated to the Graham culture and is determined to consistently put employee programs in place that support Graham staying ranked as one of the Best Places to Work in the country.

Boyle graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. She received her master’s degree in Human Resources from Temple University.
