Payroll Administrator
Kayla Dredden graduated from Rutgers Business School with a degree in Marketing. Kayla began her career at the Curtis Institute of Music, where she served as an HR Generalist. Over five years, she advanced to the role of Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, gaining valuable experience in employee relations and benefits management. During this time, she also pursued a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from Saint Joseph’s University, which she completed in 2020.
In 2022, Kayla joined The Graham Company as a Payroll Administrator. Currently, she works in the Human Resources Department as the Payroll and Talent Development Coordinator, where she focuses on optimizing payroll processes and fostering talent development initiatives within the organization. With a strong foundation in HR and a passion for employee growth, Kayla is dedicated to enhancing the workplace experience for all team members at The Graham Company.
