Ken has worked in the Health and Safety field since 2017. He started with the Graham Company in 2024 working as an Onsite Safety Manager for a client undergoing large facility renovation and expansion projects in an urban setting. Ken has experience developing and implementing a broad range of health and safety programs and has a proven track record of recognizing and closing compliance gaps.

Prior to coming to the Graham Company, Ken worked as a Safety Manager for several waste-to-energy power plant operating companies, where he was responsible for program development, risk assessment, employee training, safety culture development, and overall program compliance. Ken also maintained similar responsibilities while working as a Safety Manager for a large electrical contractor.

Ken received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety and Occupational Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College in 2017. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, and received his CSP credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2024.
