Kristina Pinciotti joined the Graham Company in 2017. As the Director of Innovation & Operations Support, Kristina leads the company’s innovation team which focuses on refining Graham’s internal business processes, while also searching for ways to improve upon their clients’ overall experience and the ease of doing business with Graham Company.

Prior to joining Graham Company, Kristina worked in middle-market underwriting at Zurich North America, and in marketing & broker relationship management at Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Thanks to her time serving both sides of the insurance distribution chain, both as a carrier and a broker, she continues to combine her knowledge and experiences to identify efficiencies and synergies in our industry. 

Kristina earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Catholic University of America.
