Leslie Miraglia is a Senior Associate Account Manager at The Graham Company. In this role, she manages accounts on a day-to-day basis for Construction, Manufacturing and Real Estate clients. She is responsible for insurance program review, contract review, renewal marketing and a variety of other account service needs.

Since 2012, Leslie has been an integral part of Graham’s Wrap Up Practice Group by working with our OCIP and CCIP clients to support their construction project goals from the bid phase to close out. In this capacity, Leslie directs the administration of Graham’s Wrap Up Insurance programs and effectively serves as the middle person for all onsite activities. She has been successful in building relationships with owner representatives, general contractor personnel, claims and safety representatives. Leslie implements our Wrap Up Insurance Programs by developing Insurance Manuals, overseeing contractor enrollment, insurance tracking, deduct verification and project cost analysis. She also facilitates Project Kick Off Meetings, regular Stewardship and other training and educational sessions.  

Leslie joined The Graham Company in 2005 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Philadelphia University. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
