Luke Foley joined the Graham Company in 2014. As a Vice President on Graham’s National Accounts Team, Luke focuses on creating comprehensive risk management programs for large companies (both privately-held and public) with complex operations and demanding insurance needs. In addition, Luke leads Graham’s Manufacturing and Distribution Practice and works primarily with companies in those industry sectors.

Luke consults with “C-level” professionals in designing cost-effective insurance programs and risk management strategies. He specializes in educating clients on various loss sensitive programs including Large Deductible and Captive structures, and implementing the optimal structure for each company.

Prior to working at the Graham Company, Luke worked as an Account Executive at Zurich Insurance where he played a key role in the company’s growth of the Northeast Pennsylvania territory. In addition, Luke previously held positions as an Internal Marketing Consultant for Lincoln Financial Group, and as a Business Development Consultant for The Vanguard Group.

Luke attended the Smeal College of Business Administration at The Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He holds a license of both Pennsylvania Property and Casualty, and Pennsylvania Life and Health. He also holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

Luke resides in Rose Valley, Pennsylvania with his wife Kate and two sons, Owen and Jude.
