Mallory Stanko joined The Graham Company as a Claims Consultant, with a background of insurance litigation.

As a licensed attorney and former civil litigator, Stanko provides a unique and informed perspective to claims management. She previously worked for a large, regional insurance defense law firm in Philadelphia, where she represented insureds and self-insureds in both state and federal court related to premises liability, auto liability and commercial transportation. Her experience in this regard helps her to identify the best and most effective practices in risk management.

Stanko graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University, where she was also a member of the Men’s Basketball Cheerleading Team, and the Treasurer of the Political Science Honor’s Society. Stanko obtained her law degree from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She completed a two-year internship with the Insurance Fraud Section of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, and is also a licensed Insurance Agent in Pennsylvania.

Stanko enjoys volunteering her time with the Junior League of Philadelphia, and is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Saint Joseph’s University Law Alumni Chapter.
