Maria Coppa joined the Graham Company in June of 2020 as an internal Recruiter in the Human Resources Department. Maria currently serves as Director of Talent Acquisition.

Prior to joining the Graham Company, Maria worked as a regional Recruiter with Hajoca Corporation.  She began her career in talent acquisition with a local staffing agency where she led a team of recruiters and handled full lifecycle recruitment and operations.

Maria is an active member of Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association, where she has held a variety of volunteer positions.

Maria graduated with honors from Kutztown University with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and served as a Research Assistant in the university’s Psychology Department.
