Melanie Cloyd focuses on strategic alignment, talent development, executive coaching and organizational development for the East Region.  Her areas of expertise center on driving and linking culture to organizational goals, with a focus on employee and leadership development.

Melanie is a certified coach (ACC) and holds a MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.  When not at work she enjoys cooking, traveling, running, and spending time with her family and friends!
