Paul Mora graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. He worked for The PMA Group prior to joining The Graham Company. He has a strong background in Property and Casualty claims and has over twenty-nine years of experience in the insurance industry.

Prior to joining The Graham Company in 1999, Mora started his insurance career as a Claims Representative for The PMA Group. He progressed to the position of Property, Auto, and Liability Claims Supervisor. He serviced a wide variety of clients from Middle Market sized accounts to large self-Insured accounts. He supervised between ten and fourteen people with a total pending of over 2,500 claims.

At The Graham Company, his client base ranges from construction companies, manufacturers, health and human service companies, and distributors to management services companies. He also serves as a Risk Management Resource and Advisor for our clients in areas including, but not limited to, claims trending and data analysis, incident investigation and response, contractual risk transfer and litigation management.

Mora is a licensed Insurance Agent and has obtained his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations provided by the Insurance Institute of America.
