Ron Aulakh graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Kean University, where he also served as a mathematics tutor, helping fellow students enhance their understanding in all levels of college mathematics courses. After college, Ron began his professional journey as a mortgage underwriter, a role he held until March 2022.

Driven by a desire to expand his career opportunities, Ron transitioned into the insurance industry, drawn to Graham Company’s esteemed reputation for hiring top talent from diverse backgrounds. Since joining Graham, he has excelled as an Account Analyst, using his analytical skills to provide exceptional service and insights to clients.

In March 2024, Ron embraced an additional role as an Associate in the Technical Development Department (TDD). This position allows him to pursue his passion for teaching and training, where he plays a vital role in training new hires through their time within Graham University and fellow Account Analysts early in their careers. Ron’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment reflects his dedication to professional development and the growth of his colleagues.
