Ryan Dydak joined The Graham Company in 2023, as an Account Manager after working for three years as a risk management consultant. Prior to working for The Graham Company, Ryan served as the Assistant Vice President of Risk Management for The ALS Group. In this position, Ryan was responsible for providing risk management consultation to business owners and executives in the real estate, healthcare, retail, and private equity industries. As part of his role, he was responsible for reviewing contracts, negotiating insurance placements, claims negotiations, and other day to day risk management functions for his clients.

Prior to The ALS Group, Ryan served as an insurance producer with Brown & Brown insurance and was a Risk Management Analyst at The Berwind Corporation.

Ryan graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Insurance.
