Ryan Scannell joined The Graham Company in 2015. As a Producer, Ryan focuses on business development for the firm’s Construction division. He is responsible for the design and implementation of comprehensive, cost-effective insurance programs and risk management strategies for large privately held companies with complex and demanding needs.

Prior to working at The Graham Company, Ryan worked as an employee benefits Producer at Benefit Concepts; a boutique employee benefit and financial services firm in Haddonfield, New Jersey. At Benefit Concepts, Ryan helped his clients navigate the complex healthcare arena by implementing creative, cost effective employee benefits solutions. During Ryan’s tenure with Benefit Concepts, the firm was named “Practice of the Year” in 2014 by Signator Investors, Inc., an honor that awards excellence in business management.

Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Delaware.
