Ryan Schultz joined the Graham Company in September 2023 as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant. Ryan works with employers to implement strategic initiatives that improve employee engagement while reducing health care costs. His areas of specialization include sourcing and implementing cutting-edge benefit solutions, building and managing benefit budgets, leading complex negotiations and compliance risk management. He also has extensive experience in managing the transition from fully insured to partially self-insured funding arrangements for clients, mergers and acquisitions management/implementation, and plan design harmonization for complex benefit programs.

Prior to Graham, Ryan worked at Kelly Benefits Strategies for 16 years as a Lead Consultant and Senior Account Manager serving clients with employee populations of 50 to 15,000. Ryan’s previous experience also includes Bank of America and The Coca-Cola Company.

Ryan received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He currently resides in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons.
