Shamrock Kennedy joined the Graham Company as a Claims Consultant, with a background in insurance litigation. In her role as Claims Consultant, Kennedy will be involved with the design, implementation and oversight of your claims management programs. She also serves as a Risk Management Resource and Advisor for our clients in areas including, but not limited to, claims trending and data analysis, incident investigation and response, contractual risk transfer and litigation management.

As a licensed attorney and former civil litigator, Kennedy provides a unique and informed perspective to claims management. She previously worked for large, regional insurance defense law firms in Philadelphia, where she represented insureds in both state and federal court. She handled suits involving insurance coverage, construction law and defect, automobile liability, premises liability, product liability, and dram shop. She also served as coordinating counsel for a generic drug manufacturer in a multi-state mass tort litigation. Her experience in this regard helps her to identify the best and most effective practices in risk management.

Kennedy graduated cum laude with a degree in Marketing and Communication from Fairfield University, where she was in the Honors Program and a member of the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society. Kennedy obtained her law degree from Villanova University School of Law, receiving the Dean’s Academic Excellence Merit Scholarship. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Kennedy is a licensed Insurance Agent in Pennsylvania.
