Stephanie Deussing joined the Graham Company in 2008 as an Employee Benefits Technical Development Senior Associate. In her role, she is responsible critically reviewing work products throughout the client implementation. Stephanie conducts detailed audits to ensure that all pertinent plan information is accurately captured. This includes reviewing plan documents and contracts, confirming eligibility and termination rules, accessing carrier and vendor systems, and onboarding new clients into Graham MMA's analytic systems and compliance. She also performs audit reviews after each renewal cycle to ensure that all aspects of clients’ benefits programs are compliant and accurate, confirming that Graham MMA has successfully delivered on program initiatives and implementations. Additionally, Stephanie serves as a resource for compliance needs develops policies and procedures and manages the client implementation and renewal processes. Stephanie graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
