Stephanie O’Brien joined The Graham Company in May of 2015. In her role as a Senior Associate Claims Consultant, Stephanie provides advocacy and support to clients as a resource in the areas of claims trending, data analytics, accident investigation and response, and overall claims management. Prior to joining the Claims Department, Stephanie also played a role servicing clients in the Account Management Department at Graham Company. Before joining The Graham Company, Stephanie worked in Pediatric Home Healthcare and Non-Profit Organization supporting Children and Families.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University. She received both AIC and AINS insurance designations from The Institutes and is currently working towards her CPCU. Stephanie is a licensed insurance agent in the state of Pennsylvania and commissioned as a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
