Steve Sterlini has worked in the Health and Safety field since 2016. He has expertise in developing and managing programs in various aspects of health and safety and specializes in Construction and General Safety. Steve was hired by The Graham Company in 2024 and specializes in supporting clients in Construction and General Industry.

Prior to coming to the Graham Company, Steve worked as the Director of Technical Services for a private safety consulting firm, where he assisted a wide array of clientele. With these clients, he was responsible for program management, site safety management, risk assessment, training program development, and gap audit and analysis.

Steve received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Stony Brook University in 2016. He received his Certified Safety Professional credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2023 and is certified in New York State to administer Code Rule 59 Consultations.
