Shea Cavanaugh joined the Graham Company in 2015 and currently serves as an Associate in the Technical Development Department.  She works alongside the Technical Development team to provide comprehensive training and mentoring to new staff in Risk Management consulting through Graham University.  In her current role, Shea acts as a technical resource for the development and training of new Producers, participates in continuing education seminars, and performs audits for new business quality assurance.

During her time at Graham, Shea spent five years on the Production team, as well as the Account Management team, servicing clients’ day-to-day needs, including contract review, marketing, and program negotiations.

Shea graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Biobehavioral Health.  She also holds designations for Accredited Professional in Risk and Insurance (APRI), and Associate in General Insurance (AINS).
