Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Chelsey Gross joined the Graham Company in October of 2014. Upon starting at Graham, Chelsey assisted in business development and also focused on the marketing efforts for the company. In her current role as Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Chelsey works with our communications team to ideate, develop, and vet content with the goal of continually solidifying our position as thought leaders within the insurance brokerage industry. She manages Graham's website, content calendar, event planning, and overall design direction of Graham's brand. She also creates content for and manages Graham's social media channels, including initiating and growing Graham's Instagram account from the ground up.
Chelsey is the co-chair of Graham’s ESOP Communications Committee and leads a team of employees to help implement the strategic vision of employee ownership through communication and education. Together, they build the annual communication plan and calendar as well as schedule and plan ESOP-related events and educational seminars.
Chelsey graduated from Albright College and received her Masters degree in Education from Rosemont College. Chelsey has completed a certificate program in digital design for print and web from Moore College of Art and Design and a digital marketing certificate program from Wharton School of Business. Chelsey also sits on the Advisory Council for George Washington School of Business' Digital Marketing Certificate Program.
