Vice President - Employee Benefits Consultant
Debbie Montella is an Employee Benefits Consultant and Vice President in the Benefits Consulting Division at The Graham Company. Montella joined The Graham Company in 2013 in the Technical Development Department. She was responsible for building and executing the Employee Benefits training program as well as compliance, employee education, and establishing processes and procedures. Montella is currently leading the Account Management and Service teams for The Graham Company’s Employee Benefits Department. Montella is a member of the Agency’s management team that is responsible for strategic planning, growth, and execution of the goals of The Graham Company. In addition, she is the Account Executive providing strategy, service, and program management of key accounts.
Prior to joining The Graham Company, Montella was Regional Manager at ING Employee Benefits in Conshohocken, Pa. She was responsible for overall production and supervising sales representatives and administrative staff. Prior to her career at ING Employee Benefits, Montella consulted at Mercer and Aon Risk Services, both in Philadelphia. Montella was an adjunct professor at Temple University in the Department of Risk, Insurance & Healthcare Management.
Montella has a B.A. in Risk Management & Insurance and Human Resources, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University. She is a Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health and Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance Producer.
