Kevin C. Lambert

Safety Consultant

Since 2004, Kevin has been involved with both General Industry and Construction safety.  Kevin joined the Graham Company as a Safety Consultant August 2021.  He currently assists clients in heavy civil construction, HVAC construction & service, transportation, and warehousing & distribution.  In addition to standard client services, Kevin is involved with OCIP’s (Owner Controlled Insurance Programs).

Prior to starting at The Graham Company, Kevin worked for Amcor PET Packaging as their Safety and Training Coordinator.  The role included managing safety and training needs of the employees.  The training was related to automated production & packaging equipment, and warehouse operations.

Kevin then moved onto work for H.T. Lyons, Inc., as their Risk Manager.  The company fabricated, installed, and serviced, commercial HVAC systems.  He spent over 11 years in various safety and claims management related roles with the company.  He was responsible for over 500 plus employees, based in multiple states in the Northeast US.  In this role, Kevin was responsible for safety training initiatives, safety program management, and casualty claims management.  In 2019 he transitioned to the Director of Safety and Risk Management.  This position focused on synergizing safety efforts among companies in MA, CT, NY, NYC, PA, and NJ. 

Some of the projects Kevin has been involved with include the construction of the Sands Hotel and Event Center - Bethlehem, PA; the Allentown Arena - Allentown, PA; Global Foundries Semiconductor facility - Malta, NY; SUNY IT Semiconductor facility - Utica, NY

Kevin also has extensive experience working with food grade processes including HACCP plans and AIB auditing.

Kevin is an authorized to teach 10 and 30-Hour OSHA Construction and General Industry Outreach Programs.  He is currently certified in First Aid and CPR.  He is a state certified Level 1 Firefighter.
