CPCU, AIC, Vice President
Prior to joining The Graham Company in 1996, Kim worked for five years with The PMA Insurance Group, the largest writer of Workers’ Compensation in Pennsylvania, where she was in charge of Claims Training for over 300 Claims Professionals. She was also responsible for conducting Claims Audits of all of The PMA Insurance Group’s Claims Offices. After leaving PMA, Kim worked for three years with a regional brokerage firm where she was in charge of risk management services which included setting up Safety Programs, Claims Administration Programs, Managed Care Programs and providing Consulting Services for the firm’s largest clients.
Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College in 1988 and her Master of Business Administration in Administrative Management from St. Joseph’s University of Philadelphia in 1992. Kim is a licensed Insurance Agent. She is also a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and has the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation provided by the Insurance Institute of America.
As a Vice President in the Claims Services Department for The Graham Company, Kim manages and designs Claims Management Programs for many of our larger, more complicated accounts including financial institutions, construction management, contractors, governmental entities and manufacturers with National and International Exposures. She is also a risk management resource for our clients in the area of claims auditing, claims management, safety and loss control. She serves as the Risk Management Assessment Practice Group leader and she also serves as the Captive Claims Consultant for The Graham Company’s Group Captive.
