Mike McGann joined the Graham Company in 2021 with over 10 years of industry experience and is currently a Consultant in the Health and Benefits practice.

Prior to joining the Graham Company, Mike held a Vice President role in the employee benefits practice of a large, national insurance brokerage, focusing on large, self-funded employers. He began his insurance career with a ‘Fortune 250’ insurance carrier, focusing on the design and implementation of Ancillary Benefits and Leave Management programs.

Mike graduated from Temple University and currently resides in West Chester, PA with his wife and two daughters.
